How secure is my personal information?

Jumping Daisies utilizes the highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer) 256-bit encryption technology, which is the internet standard for processing payments. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

Your credit card information is used automatically to complete your order and is not stored, viewed or shared with third parties in any other way.

Do you deliver products internationally?

Jumping Daisies is a world traveler! 🙂 There are fairy garden, figurine collectors and unique jewelry enthusiasts all over the world. Some of our most passionate friends are from Australia, Thailand and of course the United States. We successfully ship products worldwide each day and have many happy customers everywhere your imagination will take you.

How long does delivery take?

For most orders please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive. International orders may take up to 42 days. Since we work with different artists and manufacturers around the world and many of our items are hand painted delivery times can take a little while. We know you are eager to see your fun new treasures, but it is worth the wait.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact us.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days of the date of your purchase, contact our support team for a full refund.

Why did I not receive all of the items in my order?

We work with worldwide designers, artists and manufacturers to bring you fun and fanciful treasures to tickle your creative imaginations. Some of our items will be shipped from manufacturers all over the world including Thailand, Indonesia, India, China, Japan and the United States.



For this reason, the products in your order may be shipped separately from different locations.

Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items in one package…they will get to you!

I’ve entered incorrect shipping info and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, contact us as soon as you can, we MIGHT be able to fix it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and shipped out soon after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we will do our best to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
